big your dreams can be.”
-Rachel Hollis
I told myself at the beginning of this year that I wanted to create a teacher Instagram, a blog, and products to sell on Teachers Pay Teachers. I knew I needed to lay out a solid foundation and allow time to develop and create what I imagined in my head. Summer was the perfect time for me to get started on this goal of mine.
To tell you the truth, I never thought I could get started on such a big project but if you know me, once I set a goal I don’t give up until it is achieved. After hearing raving reviews from my friends on my Instagram feed I decided to see what all the commotion was about and purchased Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis from my local Target. I have to say it was a great purchase and a life changing book! Rachel Hollis does a phenomenal job empowering woman and men to acknowledge their full potential and to reach for their goals. It ignited a fire within me and I set my own goal. When Rachel Hollis says, “Never break a promise to yourself,” you listen and buckle down.
So here I am writing my first blog post to accomplish this goal that I have set. I want to share all things teaching related and what I do in my classroom. My hope is to share ideas, experiences, and strategies that I implement throughout the year and reach teachers seeking inspiration or just want to try something new. So here’s to this fun adventure and I hope you follow along!
